Rental Documents you will need to rent an apartment in Manhattan

• Once you find your dream New York City apartment, you will need to submit the following :(for each applicant)
• Letter of employment stating position, length of employment and gross annual income on letter-head stationary from company.
• Copy of your most recent pay stub(s)
• Copy of W-2 or front page of income tax statement.
• Copy of most recent Bank statement
• Letter of reference from previous Landlord
• Personal letter of reference
• Business reference letter.
• Clear copy of Driver's License
• Copy of Social Security Card
• In some New York City apartments you may only need an employment letter and a copy of your last pay stub, in any other event a Guarantor Cosigner), may be required.
