Standard Fees for Apartment Rentals

• Fee: The finders fee is 15% of the first years rent
  Currently we also have several no fee apartments. Please visit our   
  
  
• Deposit: After you see an apartment and decide to apply for it, you will need a deposit (refundable). This deposit is applied towards your finders fee and refunded to you in the event that your application is rejected.
  
  
• Rent: The rent is payable to the landlord in the form of a certified check or money order and it is due at lease signing.
  
  
• Security: The security deposit is payable to the landlord in the form of a certified check or money order and it is due at lease signing.
